Children under 10 years of age $10 per head

Let us do it all for you and add some Antipasto Platters $85 per platter (large enough for 15 people)

Gluten free is charged at $5 extra per Pizza base

We have 10 bar tables with Italian check cloths for hire $30 per table

*Due to the size of the oven, site visits are required before confirming your booking

We have teamed up with Spritz & Co, while we look after your food needs, they we fill up your glasses with authentic spritzes, great wine and more.

PAYMENT

100% of the quoted price must be paid within three days of receiving your invoice to secure your booking.

TIME PERIOD

Arrival time is 1 hour before the pizzas are required and will stay until all the food is cooked.

CANCELLATION POLICY
• In the event of rain/storm’s/highwinds & fire bands, day of event and 2 days prior to event refunds will not be issued however we will be happy to reschedule 
• Specialty food items are non refundable
• Up to and including 8 days prior to event, 50% of the catered food is non refundable
• Day of event and 4 Days prior to event, 100% of the catered food is non refundable
• 4 Days prior to event client may reschedule catered food, however perishable items and incurred additional expenses such as staff costs may be charged  

** Note refunds are the sole discretion of Alex The Pizza Guy. Although an event may be cancelled or rescheduled, Alex The Pizza Guy reserves the right to allow for consulting and coordinating when or if determining to allow for a cancelation or refund of any amount or for any reason.

DAMAGE / THEFT – EQUIPMENT RENTAL
• Equipment damaged by the client will be the responsibility of the client. Replacement cost may incur.
• Equipment stolen by the client or while in the possession of the client will be the responsibility of the client.
Above terms reflect traditional services only. All Emergency and Base Camp Operations terms will be communicated per occurrence
