Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

– In the event of rain/storm’s/highwinds & fire bands refunds will not be issued however we will be happy to reschedule
– Specialty food items are non refundable
– Once your invoice has been paid a $500 fee will be charged for cancellations

– Cancellations made up to 2 weeks before event will be charged 50% of total amount paid

– Day of event and 4 Days prior to event, 100% of the catered food is non refundable
– 4 Days prior to event client may reschedule catered food, however perishable items and incurred additional expenses such as staff costs may be charged

** Note refunds are the sole discretion of Alex The Pizza Guy. Although an event may be cancelled or rescheduled, Alex The Pizza Guy reserves the right to allow for consulting and coordinating when or if determining to allow for a cancellation or refund of any amount or for any reason.
